James Brown - Partner

James is a local man who grew up in Brighton and now lives in Shoreham with his wife and two sons. He started his career in estate agency in 1996 at the age of eighteen for a large corporate estate agency. He quickly progressed through the ranks and by 2002 was managing his first office for an independent agency in Portslade. In 2004, James returned to corporate agency and successfully managed offices in Patcham, Peacehaven, Crawley and Lewes. James joined Robert Luff & Co. in March of this year as director of the busy Lancing office and is excited about returning to the core values of estate agency – offering fantastic customer service and striving to achieve the best price for our clients.

Meet our Team

Lee Quigley - Senior Sales Consultant - Lee was born and raised in Lancing and has worked in estate agency since 2009. He consistently out-performs his peers and has worked his way through the ranks to Senior Negotiator. Lee is responsible for all aspects of your move, from arranging and carrying out viewings, valuing and listing properties, providing honest feedback, agreeing sales and managing them through to successful completion.

Ian Robinson - Sales Negotiator - Ian began his estate agency career as a viewing negotiator with a well known corporate agency in 2015. He quickly progressed to Sales Negotiator before deciding to join Robert Luff and Co. in May 2016. In his first full month, Ian agreed the most sales in the company and is certainly a rising star. A keen footballer, Ian is highly competitive and will often go the extra mile to ensure he agrees a sale.
