Just seven weeks since the launch of the Robert Luff and Co’s new office in Lancing, Partner Mark Holding reports brisk business.

Still a relatively young company, formed just five years ago, we've quickly established our brand as Number One in the area.

The third office to open is in South Street, Lancing – an enviable position opposite the busy station meaning Mark has been very busy.

“A new branch usually takes some time to get going, but the office is so well positioned and with the success of our other two branches behind us we’ve had an amazing start!” says Partner Mark.

“It’s a great time to sell at the moment and we’ve been busy taking on some lovely properties. Lots of buyers from out of the area have registered with us – Lancing is getting really popular with families from Brighton and Hove so we make sure we do lots of advertising there.”

Lancing has certainly become something of a property hotspot in the last few years. Prices have risen faster than neighbouring towns as people realise that the Village has great transport links and offers incredible value for money. The rise in popularity of seaside living has also had an impact with Lancing being ideally positioned for trips to the beach, windsurfing, fishing and sailing.

But Mark is realistic about the effort needed to make the branch a great success. “Because the market is so busy, we’re getting in early and leaving late just to keep up! We’re happy to be known as Lancing’s hardes working estate agency – in this day and age you need to do more for customers. That’s our motto!”
