With a population of around 14,000, Rustington is a sizable town, between Worthing and Littlehampton. There is easy access to the seafront and A259 road as well as quick routes to the A27 and excellent shopping in the High Street.
Rustington has a good selection of property for many budgets including plenty of larger detached houses and bungalows. There are many flats, especially in the central areas.
