How long does it take to let my property?

Usually just a matter of days. Just remember we won’t always suggest you take the first tenant who wants it if they are not suitable for some reason.

How long are lets?

Usually they start with 6 to 12 months and you can then renew from there. Just let us know how long suits you and we’ll fit in.

Do I need to furnish the property?

No, most people prefer unfurnished but a few key items of furniture might help – we’ll advise you.

What happens to the deposit?

No need to worry, we look after all that. We lodge the deposit in a protected scheme as required by law.

Are there any safety issues to think about?

In a word, yes! Landlords must comply with many different rules and regulations to ensure the tenant’s welfare and safety. Buy we’ll take care of everything and it won’t cost a fortune.

Do you charge me up front?

Tenant find only is one month’s rent plus VAT Fully managed service is 10% plus VAT subject to a set up cost of £500 plus VAT (£600 inc VAT) Rent Collection 8% plus VAT subject to a set up cost of £500 plus VAT (£600 inc VAT) Tenants renewals, landlord’s ff £85 plus VAT (£102 inc VAT).
