How long does it take to let my property?

Usually just a matter of days. Just remember we won’t always suggest you take the first tenant who wants it if they are not suitable for some reason.

How long are lets?

Usually they start with 6 to 12 months and you can then renew from there. Just let us know how long suits you and we’ll fit in.

Do I need to furnish the property?

No, most people prefer unfurnished but a few key items of furniture might help – we’ll advise you.

What happens to the deposit?

No need to worry, we look after all that. We lodge the deposit in a protected scheme as required by law.

Are there any safety issues to think about?

In a word, yes! Landlords must comply with many different rules and regulations to ensure the tenant’s welfare and safety. Buy we’ll take care of everything and it won’t cost a fortune.

Do you charge me up front?

1). Find Tenant Only: The fee for finding a Tenant will be equivalent to 2 weeks rent (plus VAT) subject to a minimum charge of £600+VAT (£720.00 inclusive VAT). Further fees will apply for additional services required, such as Inventory/Check Out preparation etc. 2). Deposit registration as stakeholder £49 with the DPS and ongoing annual fee of £29 per annum for the duration of tenancy. 3). End of tenancy check out fee £129. 4). Mid-term inspection if required £59. 5). End of tenancy deposit negotiation £199. 6). Tenant swap over £199. 7).
