Fees

BEFORE YOU MOVE IN

There are no administration fees to pay. You may be requested to pay a ‘holding deposit’ to secure the property and this will be deducted from the total amount of rent and deposit that you will be required to pay before you move in.

DURING YOUR TENANCY

Due to the Tenant Fee act 2019, any payments are capped at £50.00 (or reasonably incurred costs, if higher) for the variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy. No other fees will be charged.
