EPC

It's a legal requirement that an EPC - or Energy Performance Certificate - is provided for any property that is being let, sold or newly built.
It must be available before a property can be marketed. We can easily sort out an EPC for you if you don't have one.
What is an EPC?
An EPC gives information about the property's energy use and the typical costs as well as recommendations about how to reduce energy usage and costs.
Each property is given a rating from A to G which indicates its energy efficiency, with A being the most efficient and G the least. An EPC is valid for 10 years.
The certificate will also give you an indication of what the rating could be if changes were made to improve the efficiency of the property. If you do make improvements, and are likely to sell your property, then you may wish to get a new EPC to reflect the new rating.
