Well, according to Zoopla’s index the average sold price is £239,341 which is a huge £74,000 less than nearby Worthing and a massive £111,000 less than Brighton which just goes to show what great value there is to be had.

Prices in the Village rose 7.33% last year, significantly more than both Brighton and Worthing.


It seems this little property hotspot isn’t going to be secret for long.
